Please ensure your teams arrive early enough to ensure fields are set up and ready to go 20 mins prior to kick-off.

Set-up includes placing corner flags, putting goals in position, installing field pegs and rope around the field.

Pack-up includes putting flags and field pegs in your designated field bin, winding up the rope (without knots and tangles please) returning to the change room, and goals to be put away.
